Your Homeowners Association has elected to utilize the services of Key To The Rockies Property Management to oversee the management of the Association. Some of the services preformed are:

1. Mailing Dues Statements. The statements will show a break down of the assessments and any charges that are included in the dues. Checks are to be made out to your HOA and mailed to:

2. Payment of bills.   Please see the budget located on your web site to see what expenses are covered by your association.
    
3. Preparation of Annual Operating Budget.
    
4. Meeting Coordination
    
5. Physical Exterior Property Upkeep
    
6. Emergency response (floods, property damage, etc.)

Along with the Association management Key To The Rockies offers many property management services to you such as Short Term and Second Home Maintenance Agreements.

At the time of closing you should have received a copy of the associations declarations and by-laws. If you did not receive them, you will find a copy on your associations web site.  These documents govern the association and explain the rules and regulations.
