Meadow Wood Board Meeting
March 2, 2004
Present: Vern Hedges, Roxanne Fairchild, Tom Logsdon,
Barbara Moss, Andrea Sonderfan, Trula Daughtry, Mike Magliochetti
Meeting called to order at 6:00pm
New Business
- Questions raised from issues outlined in a letter from
Jonathan Coats (Lot 22R, 350 Meadow Wood Circle)
- Is the HOA responsible for maintaining the
easement between (Lots 22 & 23) to access National Forest? (Is the
County? The Home Owner?)
- If the HOA has some responsibility, what are the
requirements/guidelines & who decides the standards (ie. Forest Service
involvement/approval)
- Does the easement require insurance?
- Is insurance required to be provided by the HOA?
- Leashes required on dogs – rules are in place by
the county and the HOA
- Action Item: Barb (Andrea to distribute)
- Draft a letter informing the attorneys for Mr.
Coats that we are looking into the issues raised in the letter received
by HOA with our attorney
- Action Item: Vern
- Speak to John Neiley (Richmond, Neiley & Sprouse)
about issues outlined above
- Action Item: Roxanne
- Speak to Thomas Davidson about issues outlined
above
Old Business
- Gayle Vaile – missed payment in Aug 2001
- Burden of proof is on the home owner – must go to
bank and get copies of checks paid to HOA
