If you are interested in the ACH Automatic withdrawal of your dues on the 5th of each month, please print .pdf form above and fill it out with your bank information. You can have your dues pulled from your checking or savings account. You can also pull the dues from a multiple number of accounts (Please reference the percentage to be taken from each account if you are interested in using multiple accounts).	Please fill out the above property Information Form. Key to the Rockies receives minimal information from the title company when you purchase, and it is important to have your contact information on file in case of emergency. This information is also used for filling out Mortgagee Questionnaires needed for purchasing or refinancing your home.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home at Soda Creek! I’ve not had the opportunity to meet with you so I would like to introduce our company Key to the Rockies, as your home-owners association financial manager. We perform the administrative and business management functions on behalf of the association.

Our offices are conveniently located at 23024 U.S. Highway 6 in Keystone. Our bookkeeping office is open 5 days a week 9am – 5pm. Our office phone number is (970) 468-1898. Please make a note of it in the event you need to contact us in regards to your monthly dues or any fees, or other administrative issues..

At closing, the association collected working capital and the current month’s dues. Each month on or about the 10th we will send you an invoice for the monthly association dues amount. These dues are based on the current approved operating budget and are due by the 9th of the next month. Your check should be sent and made payable to:

Following this letter is a Property Owner Information form and ACH Withdrawal form. It is important for us to keep this information current. Please fill it out and return it to us at your earliest convenience. The ACH Withdrawal form allows for the electronic transfer of funds for your dues amount out of your checking or savings account automatically. We electronic transfer your dues amount on the 5^th of each month. If there are any additional charges applied to your account you will need to send a check for the difference or email to let us know to transfer the extra amount with your next dues payment. We look forward to working with you. We offer the convenience of an HOA website that contains pertinent information about your Association (i.e. Financials, Budget, Board members, etc).
